AI & Automation
AI agents that do the work, with you in charge.
We build AI agents for the tools you already use. They answer customers and move information between your systems, and you approve anything that matters.
You choose
How much should it do on its own?
You can set each automation somewhere on this dial. Most start at “acts with approval”, and you move them along once you trust them.
The AI prepares the action and waits. A person approves it with one tap.
For examplePrepares an invoice from an order and sends it once you approve.
What we build
From one workflow to a team of agents.
- 01
AI strategy and readiness
A fixed-fee assessment. We score each possible use by impact and effort and list the risks, and you keep the roadmap.
- 02
Workflow automation
We connect the tools you already use and add AI steps that sort, summarise and draft. We build in n8n, Make, Zapier or code.
- 03
Custom AI agents
Software that plans and carries out multi-step tasks with your tools, inside limits you set.
- 04
Multi-agent orchestration
A coordinating agent hands work to specialist agents and checks what comes back.
- 05
Knowledge assistants
Your team gets answers from your own documents and policies, with the source next to each one.
- 06
WhatsApp, web and voice agents
Agents that handle support, bookings, orders and sales on WhatsApp, your website or a phone line.
- 07
AI inside your product
We add AI features to your app, with controls to approve, preview, check sources and undo.
- 08
Tool integrations (MCP)
We connect AI to your calendar, database and apps through MCP, an open standard.
- 09
Evaluation, guardrails and monitoring
We test accuracy, limit permissions and keep audit logs, and a person keeps watch after launch.
- 10
AI-assisted creative
We use AI to speed up product visuals, localisation and motion, and a designer checks each piece.
- 11
Rescuing stalled prototypes
We fix and harden AI builds and quick prototypes that stalled before launch.
- 12
Team training
Hands-on sessions that teach owners and staff to use AI tools well and safely.

Our promises
The rules we build by.
A person approves what matters
Before anything moves money, changes records or speaks for you in a new situation, a person on your team approves it.
Your data stays yours
We follow Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), collect only what’s needed and keep it under your control.
Only the access it needs
We give agents the narrowest permissions that work and log each action they take.
We measure results
We start with one pilot and measure before and after. When we give you an estimate, we label it as one.
Questions
Good to know.
What’s the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions in your tools, like updating a record or booking a slot, within the limits you set.
Will AI replace my staff?
We build it to take repetitive work off your staff, so they can spend their time on the parts that need a person.
Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot?
Yes, for business tasks like support, bookings, orders and sales. WhatsApp no longer allows general-purpose AI assistants on its business platform, so we build within its rules.
What happens to our data?
You keep control of it. Before we build, we agree with you what the AI can see. We keep access to a minimum and follow Act 843.
Where do we start?
With a free discovery call. Most clients then do a short assessment or go straight to a pilot on one workflow.
